This is a higher strength version of Gin Lane 1751's London Dry Gin. This version is bottled at 47% ABV (compared to the London Dry Gin, which is bottled at 40% ABV). It is made with 100% neutral grain spirit and eight botanicals: juniper, orris root, seville orange, angelica, sicilian lemon, star anise, cassia bark, and coriander. The botanicals are macerated 24 hours in the spirit before being distilled.

In the classic London dry gin style. Juniper and citrus notes come right at you. Juniper, lemon and botanical flavors sail across the tongue. Finishes with a dry cinnamon note. Very smooth given it's higher ABV. Not tried in a cocktail yet, but expect it to stand out in a martini or Negri.
