Nose: cherries, vanilla, Carmel. A slight ethanol punch Palate: reminds me of those chocolate covered boozy cherries with some vanilla cake and graham cracker crust. It’s buttery with pops of cherry candy shell. Finish: Long and it lingers with barrel spices that tingles your tongue. The finish taste reminds me of the little Debbie Christmas cakes. Big vanilla cake frosting at end. Unbelievable Overall: This is a smoking barrel bourbon society barrel pick. They picks the dram and the finishings. It’s my first ever 5 I’ve given. Glad I bought two.
