This is the second release of Goslings Papa Seal Single Barrel. It is a blended rum of both pot and column distilled rums aged between 10-21 years in used bourbon barrels (medium char). The blend is then married in American white oak barrels for 2 additional years. It is filtered and bottled at 83 proof with each bottle bearing the barrel number, bottle number, and bottling date. Only 1500 bottles available as of October 2020.

Everything you would want in a Bermuda luxury, siping rum. Brown sugar, vanilla, spices, tropical fruits, tobacco, a little smolder and nutty notes. Quite refined, but a little bite in the long finish.
