Gran Centenario Leyenda is an extra añejo tequila which begins with 100% blue weber agave. The tequila is then aged for four years in new American oak. Finally, the tequila is blended with older tequila reserves. Please note that a previous Leyenda version in a round bottle from the brand has been discontinued and replaced with this version which was released in October 2019.

Gran Centenario Leyenda delivers a classic extra anejo tequila without spending the premium dollar. It provides a rich dark amber color with a full body. On the nose we detect prominent notes of oak and vanilla with hints of raisin, chocolate, and toasted almonds. On the palate we find unique expressions of black cherries, coffee bean, and butter with a strong backbone of oak and vanilla.
An elegant, Agave Spirit by NOM 1122. It has an aromatic birth with notes of notes of agave, wood, fruits, nuts, herbs & spices; while a cherry, sweet oak spices, vanilla & roasted agave; that led to a balanced death of medium length with a touch of pepper, cinnamon, almond, cognac & smoke.
