Potato vodka, distilled by Grand Teton Distillery in Driggs Idaho, in the shadow of the Tetons. Distilled multiple times (20?), proofed in small batches with mountain water, polished with charcoal and garnet crystal sand, bottled at 80 proof, $22, and a new bottle label. Earthy sweet nose, soft, floral, nutty. Coating in the glass and mouth. Sweet and soft, flowery ethanol in the mouth. Dry grassy rye finish. Easy to enjoy at room temp, easier cold, good by itself. Flavorful for a neutral spirit. It's vodka, afterall. Better than most.

Very unique vodka. Clean with a little oily viscosity. It has a clove-like finish with plantains and bananas. It's hard to find a better vodka, especially for the price. This one really should be served neat or on the rocks. Anything more than a lime on the rim is doing your pour an injustice.
