On the nose, this actually smelled like tequila to me. And i hate tequila. Its also very light, almost like water. I wasnt sure if i could drink it, but it tasted better than it smelled. Quite light and sweet with a very slight hint of smoke on the finish. Tried as part of the Master of Malt whisky advent calendar.

Very smoke forward, with quite a few flavors I can’t quite identify. It goes through several transformations for me, which I usually find interesting. Unfortunately, the tastes do not really tie together, which left me overall underwhelmed.
Nose has a bit of peat, pallette has some smokeyness and cinnamon, with a hint of vanilla. Finish is smooth with a light burn, that leaves you a bit unsatisfied. Flavors sound like they would be good, but just not a fan of this whisky
N: spicy fruit, some caramel? T: burnt caramel is it? Cant get much from at the beginning, the ending is good tho, long and for sure the highlight.
Not unlike Gulliver’s travels this dram is a wild journey. Lots of flavours, including leather, umami, pu’er, and smoke.
Smoke and peat. I don’t catch any other flavors over the immense amount of smoke.
