A very bright, citrus-hinting, fruity scent. The taste is instantly light and obvious of the low proof, but it's got a savory palate with pastries, sugar, and butter notes. No burn, which is to be expected, but as a primary drinker of high proof whiskeys, this is growing on me as a sipper. Will be curious to try this in vodka based cocktails to see what flavors work with what.
