About this bottle
This is first of three whiskeys released in the Grain to Glass Specialty Barrel Series. Like the previous GtG Rye releases, this whiskey is made using a unique corn seed varietal (Beck's 6225 for this release) from seed company Beck's Hybrids and is made with a mash bill of 63% rye, 24% corn and 13% malted barley. It's also aged 6 years, but here the rye is fully matured in Chinquapin oak — a distinct species of American white oak native to Central & Eastern North America — rather than char #3 American white oak. The label features the specific corn varietal, distillation year, and release year. Bottled at 107 proof without chill-filtration, this is available nationally in limited quantities beginning November 2025. (SRP $129.99/700ml)
