About this bottle

Hillrock Estate Distillery's PX-Finished Rye is an estate-grown, 100% rye whiskey. It actually begins life as their Double Cask Rye, which is aged in new, charred American oak barrels, and then white oak barrels which were seasoned for two years. The rye then undergoes further finishing in ex-Pedro Ximenez barrels. The PX-finished rye is a limited-edition release for 2016 that will be available for purchase only at the distillery.
