Released in September 2021, this Town Branch Sherry Cask Finished expression is a straight bourbon the distillery finished in oloroso sherry barrels. The bourbon is made with a 72% corn, 15% malted barley, 13% rye mash bill, and the secondary maturation lasted for over a year. The bourbon is bottled at 96.4 proof and is non-chill filtered. 500 cases produced.
