Himbrimi Winterbird London Dry Gin is made at the Brunnur Distillery in Reykjavik, Iceland. In addition to the grain spirits base, the gin is made with Icelandic spring water, organic juniper berries, wild angelica flowers, and wild Arctic thyme. The US launch begins in September 2022 starting with the New York market with others to follow later in the year.

Strong with a lot of dry herbs, probably that blóđberg. Fentiman indian kept it dry and typical. Fever-Tree indian mixed to something sweeter than the two on their own. Britvic made a horrid watery flowery mix.
