Indiana Whiskey Co. Breakfast of Degenerates

Drinking neat. After having this a few times you get used to the high level of sweetness. The maple is strong. Maybe too much for some people but I enjoy it. The heat on the finish is welcome. I think this is best enjoyed now that it is late summer and going into fall. I look forward to a crisp fall day with changing leaves and a tall pour of this whiskey. I think that type of day is what Breakfast of Degenerates is made for.

Neat in Glencairn glass. Purchased at Citywide Liquor in Mishawaka, IN. Nose: Sweet maple and pecans. Taste: Very sweet maple hits front and center. Mid palate is some nuttiness. Finish is some lingering sweetness without much heat. Drinks super-smooth. Good for when you want something sweet and easy drinking. Would be perfect around a fall bonfire.
