An intense, Rye Whiskey by John Curtis & Rich Sicari founders of the Albany Distilling Company in New York. It is mashed with a minimum of 51% Rye, fermented, distilled & aged in new charred American oak barrels. It has an aromatic birth with notes of citrus, hints of clove & raisin; while a rich & bold life adds notes of dark fruits, butterscotch, rye, wheat, nutmeg & cinnamon; that led to a balanced death of medium length with a hint of oak, fire & earth. Typical dill-esque nose that comes with ryes. Taste is a lot of herbs like clove. Raisons. Sweet after taste.

Total drain pour. This is the worst rye I’ve ever had. It tastes like you’re drinking grass.
