Normally parsnip is a surprise in food, one tends to think they are spooning some lovely potatoes into their mouth, have a taste, and get a bot of a shock when they realize those potatoes are just parsnips in diaguise. Same when people think the wokderful lookimg cookie has choco chips in it until they fond out its disappointing raisins. Anyway, good gin, considering it has a big name celbs name on it. I guess thats the surprise here.
