Part of Jameson's Caskmates Hyperlocal Editions, Jameson Caskmates Bale Breaker Edition is made by seasoning whiskey barrels with craft beer brewed by the Yakima, Washington brewer. In this case, TopCutter IPA was brewed and this beer was allowed to season the barrels before Jameson filled it with triple-distilled Irish blended whiskey to finish maturing. Bottled at 80 proof.
