A Premium Sake by Tenzan Sake Brewery in Saga Prefecture, Japan crafted with Saikai No. 134 Rice polished to 60% that is bottled undiluted at 18-19% ABV. It has a delicate birth with hints of rice, koji, fruits & nuts; while an off-dry & creamy life adds hints of banana, that led to a quick & fresh death with hints of bitter almonds. July 2024
