An intense, organic, Rye Whiskey by Journeyman Distillery in Michigan, after distillation it is placed into new white oak barrels for less than a day. It has a floral birth with notes of spice & wet grain; while a sweet life adds notes of rye & wheat; that led to a quick & dry death with notes of grain, lavender. spice & oak. Terrible. Needs to be aged haha. This is Last Feather Rye before it gets barreled.
