My wife and I drank some of this Oregon rum after a hard day’s work tending to young Master Ripley. We drank the rum as a chaser with some homemade churros, and the cinnamon notes in the rum worked well with the sweet treats. Each sip brings with it a rich blend of holiday spices, followed by citrus notes and a sharp, burning finish. Would make for an excellent pick-me-up to some hot chocolate or eggnog.
