I was hesitant because of how disappointed I was in Confiscated. But this has delivered. Only rye I can recall liking better was a WP barrel pick. Not sure I'd drop that much coin on it regularly, but it does taste good.

Nose is surprisingly sweet for a rye, with honey leading before turning more leathery. Palate brings in notes of mint and lemongrass, then a bomb of spice and wood hits you on the finish, which is nice and long.
Complex. Rye spice, pepper, toffee, vanilla. Med-full body. Pleasant and enjoy it. A New Year purchse; pricey and I don’t think I’d buy another.
Pretty nice flavor with that slow burn going down. Good finish as well
Cherry, stone fruit, baking spice. Sits super nice on the palate
Smoother than Batch 3, but less caramel note
