Nose: Dusty peanuts, oak, caramel, grass Palate: Spice and oak later transitioning to some toffee and caramel Finish: Short with a tannic lingering note Even though this release is at 90.8 proof, it has a spiciness and heat beyond it. Part of that could be attributed to the younger 4-year BBC stocks this is blended from. Overall, this is a spice-driven profile but the youthfulness pokes through too often for this to be an enjoyable or easy sipper.

A nutty, Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey by the Kentucky Owl Brand aged for a minimum of 2 years in American white oak barrels before being bottled at 45.4% ABV. It has an aromatic birth with notes of grains, wood, fruits, nuts, herbs & spices; while a rich & spicy life adds notes of caramel apple, allspice & citrus; that led to a balanced death of medium length with notes of oak, maple & nutmeg.
Nose: corn, cinnamon, oak, maybe a fruit note? Palate: very soft, round/balanced, almost thin tasting, mildly sweet, Finish: very slight pepper immediately, which fades to a light cinnamon. The cinnamon does linger for a medium to long finish.
Tastes like a young bourbon, a tingling on the tongue at the first taste, mellows out at the back of the mouth, and warmth down the throat. A light golden color with an amber bottom. It’s as if Kentucky Owl had a younger brother
Citrus, oak, and spice on the nose. The initial palate is light and silky. It brings more citrus, oak, and hints of caramel. It's a warming dram. A drying finish brings all spice and citrus peel.
Nose: Carmel and vanilla Palate: grainy, vanilla. Simple taste Finish: short and simple. Overall: I don’t find this to be anything special tbh. Nothing memorable in this glass. Taste young.
