Dan Karasch 4.8

Nose: a dark rich smoking room with oak panels hints of dark dark fruit, nuts and oak. As it opens i get graham cracker, vanilla and tobacco Palate: very oak forward hit definitely not over done, a nutty caramel undertone, very intricate. Notes of tobacco, dark chocolate, sweet richness Finish: not the kongest finish but inwoukd call it s long finish witb a very nice mouth burn. Overall a well done bourbon. I would not call it too oaky. 9.5/10

Nose: Oak, Tabacco, and Vanilla Palate: leather, oak, choclate, baking spice, cheery Finish: Palate notes are the transition form sgart to finish. This is an exceptional whiskey. Highly reccomend if you can get your hands on it. I do not have a direct comparison, but this is much more rounded, less oak dominant/ bittee than the 18.

This is delicious and Probably one of the best noses I’ve ever experienced! Nose: HEAVY charred oak; vanilla pound cake, dark fruits like plums and blackberries Palate: RICH oak, caramel, dark fruits and honey Finish: Long and warm lingering oak sweetness

vonWhiskey 4.5

Nose: pretzel mint, raisin, caramel Palette: sweet corn, marshmallow, prune, reminds me of that chalky candy colored, tannins in the long finish with more fruit.

Aged One 3.8

Nutty, sweetened oak. Sweetened grains, fruit leather and oak. Big vanilla, nougat finish. Easy drinker. Still prefer lower age at higher proof.

John26 4.3

Charred oak and vanilla nose. Heavy aged oak and caramel with baking spice on the palate. Medium finish.
