This expression marks a 2023 re-boot of the brand from Foley Family Wines. It is a high-rye bourbon distilled and matured in Texas from a mash bill of 60% Texas-grown #2 corn, 36% unmalted rye, and 4% malted barley that is distilled exclusively in a Vendome pot still. It is matured for a minimum 6 years in new American oak with a #3 char and bottled non chill-filtered at a cask strength of 115 proof.

Talk about a flavor ride. Right out of the gate; This one smacks you in the face like a leather boot thats been soaking among the remnabts of a camp fire after a downpour.
115 proof. 60% corn, 36% rye, 4% malted barley. 115 proof. Rye, pepper, cinnamon, salted caramel apples, honey, charred oak, corn, sour mash.
Nutty, dry, chocolatey. Drinks great neat, as a shot, or as a mixer.
Nutty with heavy oak and some marshmallow. Spicy finish.
