This New York Edition is made like other Jefferson's Ocean Aged at Sea bottlings meaning that it was also composed of bourbon barrels which traveled through ports around the world. But in this case, after the barrels made it to its final port, they were then sent to Manhattan to be proofed down using NYC water. This special edition will be made available at local NYC retailers and on-premise accounts beginning November 2022.

NOSE Banana’s Foster, nuts, oak, vanilla and some light spice. Weirdly light, I’m struggling to get much out of the aroma. PALATE Caramel, oak, peanuts, malted cocoa, caramelized banana, baking spice, dried fruit and some vanilla candy. More complex on the palate and a tad unusual for a Jefferson’s Ocean release FINISH Medium -> Spice, banana pudding, caramel and oak.
