Good not great dram. Much more sour cherry and bitter oak than the 13 year 2008 bib. That slight aging makes a big difference. Good heat and nice sweet aftertaste that lingers. I’m about 1/3 through the bottle and it has developed a slightly more citrus and tangy edge.

Flinestone vitamins and mineral are the most dominant flavors, but not in a bad way. Complex. A little smokey. Caramel. Glad I found a bottle sitting on the shelf at a VA ABC. Will definitely pick up down the road but not backup-worthy.
Spicy, powerful, much more balanced , spring 2011. Dry spice but not balanced poorly. Borderline rye but more enjoyable.
