Rye like nose, classic Tennessee taste, hint of licorice. Not quite as sweet as Jack, a working man’s dram for sure. Personally signed cap by Mike Rowe is the perfect touch to this majestic bottle.

Mild and very mild oak and sweet taste. Great overall. Would definitely buy again if it was sold here. Had to have it delivered by mail order.
Incredibly smooth and comparable to whiskies three times the price! Job well done Knobel!
Nice first sips… delightful sweet taste of oaky Carmel. Smooth and classy like Mike Rowe
