Very mellow all around. Notes of a variety of fruit, most noticeably pear. A bit smoky and a hint of spice. Taste was also very subdued. Nutty and a faint spice. Wasn't able to find anything else. Meh
First sniff has notes of fruit, vanilla and cinnamon. First sip has notes of vanilla, honey, cinnamon and pear. With a spicy grain finish that lingers in the tip of the tongue.
Great Japanese whiskey. More depth of flavor than most.
