An elegant, Single Estate Agave Spirit by NOM 1123 in Jalisco (Los Valles), Mexico 2x distilled in Stainless Pot with Copper Coil before being bottled at 46% ABV. It has an aromatic birth with notes of earth, wood, agave, fruits, flowers, herbs & spices; while an herbal life adds notes of agave, Jack fruit, mango, olive, honeysuckle, anise, mint; that led to a spicy & velvety death of medium length with notes of cayenne pepper, oak, Cinnamon Graham Crackers, ginger, nutmeg, petrichor & sea spray.
