Funk and an earthy mineral aroma are strongest in the nose, with a light pepper and sweetness mingling within. In the palate much of this translates over, opening with a sweetness and a hint of butterscotch. It finishes with the quick spice of pepper and transforms into a unique and long mineral delight, reminiscent of sipping straight from a natural spring. It works very well in a daiquiri, adding a very natural and earthy vibe to the drink while also delivering a semi-dry funk reminiscent of cachaça.
