About this bottle

Produced in small batches and distilled in a traditional alembic (the original form of a copper distillery) in Ibiza, Spain. Law Premium Dry Gin is created using island-inspired hand-picked juniper, green cardamom, coriander seeds, orris root and Spanish cucumber. Those botanicals were added via maceration. Phoenician juniper is infused via vapor-infusion. This gin was brought down to 44% ABV using Ibizan spring water.
