This expression is made from a mash bill of locally grown, non-GMO 70% corn, 15% rye, and 15% malted barley with a light toast. It is mashed, pot-distilled, fermented, and aged (with a 110 proof barrel entry) at Leiper's Fork Distillery under bottled-in-bond standards. It is matured at least 5 years and bottled non chill-filtered at 100 proof.

Got a pour in Brentwood, Tennessee. Drinks very easy at 100 proof (feels more like 80). Excessive sweetness in the palate with a little prickle in the back of the throat on the finish. Although Iām going out of order, I guess I should mention that the nose is sweet honey and wood with a SLIGHT cherry. Would have again. šš»
Rich nose of caramel, dark cherry, honey, apple, celery, fennel, soy sauce, banana, toast and plenty of greenery. Toffee, black pepper, oak, flowers, corn, honey palate. Peppery finish lingers. Rich, sweet, peppery and complex. Nice.

Thanks @Looneyhead Tried neat. On the nose its pretty bland and earthy with notes of wheat,grass. It taste way better om thenpalate than it smells woth notes vanilla, red hots, cinnamons.
On the nose, coffee, malted chocolate, and cherry. On the palate, cherry, chocolate, and caramel corn. On the finish, toasted oak and sweet tobacco.
Great paired with chocolate and cherries. Like it with steak also. Too rich for everyday drinker but once or twice week hits the spot
