Liberty Pole Cask Strength Peated Rye Whiskey

Nose is rye spice, smoke, brine, sardine, and dark bread. Taste is very spicey, bitter smoke, seaweed, and brine. Finish is a mix of brine and rye spice, with a lot of alcohol heat.

It’s like a cowboy, leather & whiskey. Toiych of vanilla & spice. Makes me feel like saddling up for a cattle drive.

Nice amount of rye spice. Present but not overpowering peat. It's an enjoyable pour 4.40
