Lobo de la Sierra Raicilla

The nose is very subtle with herbal, floral and grassy notes that are somewhat gin-like, with distinct notes of lavender, pine needles, spearmint leaves and wet cut grass. The mouthfeel is thick and oily. The palate continues the gin-like theme with faint notes of juniper and lavender, lemon zest, Juicy Fruit chewing gum, vegetal agave sweetness, white pepper and wet stone. The finish is medium length, warm and peppery, with faint lavender and citrus.
