Nose - light, with citric notes and vanilla, maybe also some floral aromas. Palate - smooth and slightly oily, with a pronounced sweetness that then turns quite bitter. The dominant notes include vanilla, some floral undertones and maybe a very light spice. Finish - medium to medium-long, with a lingering sweetness and bitter notes. I would recommend pairing it with a slice of lemon or green olives in the glass. I tend to drink it with quite a lot of ice, which softens the bitterness and lightens it a lot more, perfect for warm summer days.

Excellent in fact, however surprising to me, might be due to lemon zest and a big green olive?
