Mermaid Pink Gin is made by infusing fresh Isle of Wight strawberries grown in Arreton Valley into the brand's signature gin for four days. It is then redistilled. An intense, infused Gin by The Isle of Wight Distillery hand-crafted on the Isle of Wight, England with a blend of wild-foraged juniper, elderflower, fresh organic lemon zest, orris root, peppery grains of paradise, Boadicea hops, licorice root, English coriander, fragrant rock samphire & fresh Island strawberries from the Arreton Valley. It has an aromatic birth with notes of berries, citrus, wildflowers, herbs & spices; while a bold & fruity life adds notes of lemon zest, fresh strawberry, juniper & elderflower; that led to a long & spicy death with notes of coriander, orris root, peppery grains of paradise, Boadicea hops, licorice root & rock samphire.
