Meteoro Mezcal Joven

An intense agave by NOM-O20X from Matatlan, Mexico; which is known as the "World Capital of Mezcal"; crafted with Espadin agave & double distilled. It has an aromatic birth with notes of agave, herbs & spices; while a rich life adds notes of candied agave; that led to a balanced death of medium length with notes of earth, pepper & a hint of smoke. An intense Agave Spirit by NOM-O356X crafted with 100% Espadin Agave in an earthen pit & twice distilled in a copper pot still by maestro Petonilo Rosario Altamirano. from Las Margaritas, Oaxaca. It has an aromatic birth with notes of agave & smoke; while a metallic life adds notes of copper; that led to a long & complex death. April 2017
