Very good. Has a strong alcohol nose along with some white pepper notes which are much more prevalent on the palate. An almost aggressive alcohol flavor too that adds to the wildness of the flavor. Not dusty, but vegetal in its flavors. Like eating some nopal or green bell pepper or ancho chile. Very good, but I only got the last (half) pour at the bar where I'm taking notes, so I'll have to order it again.

Floral, almost perfume-ish nose with a hint of smoke. The floral notes are just as strong on the palate, accompanied by herbal flavors and alcohol heat. I wasn’t the biggest fan at first, but the more I drink it the more I like it.
This is my first Dobadan and it is a tasty one! Quite close in character to a Jabali. Nice spice and a nice amount of smoke.
Smoky, pepper and sage. Quite smooth and still intense.
