The 2023 release for Michter's 10 Year Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Rye is set for April 2023. This Kentucky straight rye is made with rye, corn, and malted barley. The barrels for the 2023 release were selected by Master Distiller Dan McKee and Master of Maturation Andrea Wilson. Like all Michter's whiskeys, this bottling is allocated. However, Michter's has been expanding its capacity by transitioning its core Shively Distillery to a 24/7 operation among other investments to help meet demand. (SRP $200)

Favorite pour in my collection. Tried against the 2022 release and it wasnt close. 2023 blew it away. Rich and creamy, vanilla coating over complex rye notes. Excellent
Very delicious and easy drinking. Low proof but great flavor of some vanilla, dark cherry and dark chocolate. Fairly short finish but enjoyable for sure.
Nose is caramel and sweet tarts. Taste starts off sweet and carmel, then rye kicks in for a nice long finiah where i taste fruit.
Honestly, best rye i have ever had. I want to eat the glencarin glass after finishing the pour.
