Bought this based on price. Not what i was expecting for an anejo snd now i realize why this is only $44 USD. Had a lot of burn for an anejo and very little oak or sweetness. Lesson learned dont go for budget anejos. I like the silver and reposado expressions of milagro for making drinks but was looking for a sipoer and this is definitely not it. 8/4/23

Pretty smooth. MIld flavor, perhaps some caramelized notes but definitely not sweet- just not bitter at all. Very soft in the mouth. No huge up front flavor profile.
Takes the Reposado and brings it a little too far. a bit more barrel and subtle smokiness. Loses the smooth, round nose and mouthfeel of the lesser aged offering
Lightly sweet, fruity and very smooth. Low heat going down, no harsh burn. Slight peppery finish. Good for price. I can sip this and enjoy it. Get when on sale.
Fruity nose. Fruit comes through on the palate but also woody and smoky notes. The finish is short and strong. Nice intro to añejo tequila.
Smooth enough for no chaser. Almost drank whole bottle at sisters wedding
