Its not quite Roca Patron (theres a buterriness and soft sweetness that this lacks), but for half the price I'm going to say this is a great sipping silver. The oak finishing brings a nice little peppery dry smoothness that makes your brain want to keep sipping and find the sweetness driving it. Velvet mouthfeel. Sugar frosting sweetness somewhere in the middle but it's so damn smooth and crisp you really dont dwell on it I made a lazy marg or two with tres agave premixer and found it to be nice if a touch alcohol-forward. It was nice, but far better neat. I've noticed not all mid-shelf silver is perfect by itself, but this one easily qualifies. If you're a slow-sipping with lime and salt and little else kinda person this is for you. Feels made for day-drinking.
About this bottle
It is certainly not unheard of, but it is not everyday you see a silver tequila that is "mellowed" for 45 days in both French and American oak barrels. This 100% blue agave tequila uses agaves from Los Altos (Highlands) in Jalisco. It is presented in a unique hand-blown crystal bottle with a glass rendition of an agave plant inside.

Muy buen tequila!!! Un aroma puro sin agregados donde se percibe el clasico olor al agave pero sin sobresalir notas de alcohol. En boca es correctisimo, el final cae abruptamente dejando buenas sensaciones
My current favorite, sipper. Drink it neat. Under $50 is a great price.
Nice clean, slightly peppery heat on the tongue
Let’s go! Tasty as Popsicle on a warm day
clean crisp and cucumber notes
