A rich, aged rum by Philippe Peyrat with his sons Clémence & Edouard who revitalized the MOKO Distillery in Panama. After primary aging in Panama for 20 years, the barrels are sent to the home offices in France for finishing in Cognac casks. It has an aromatic birth with notes of warm nuts, banana, tobacco & smoked wood; while a full & rich life adds notes of butterscotch, oily walnut, stewed plum, Sesame Snaps & brittle toffee; that led to a warm & complex death.
