Nose: Hints of sweetness with some vanilla but more cereal, and ethanol. Palate: Stone fruit, vanilla but really quickly transition to strong baking spices. Finish: Medium to long with more cinnamon spice. For three years old this batch is a good blend that emphasizes the sweetness and spices in the liquid despite its young age.
