About this bottle

New Riff opened in 2014 with Brian Sprance as the Head Distiller. The company sells mostly Kentucky Bourbon but they have branched out into rye whiskey and gin as well. The New Make series is their take on traditional Kentucky White Dog. The New Make Bourbon mash consists of corn (non-GMO), rye, and malted barley. This whiskey is cut to 90 proof and bottled unfiltered.
