Deep copper in color Nose: so floral. Sweet mint, sweet oak, subtle cedar, bubblegum Palette: orange oil up front, like a sweet bubblegum that turns to mint up front. Tannins are very present, some peanut brittle and caramel, oil coats the tongue, more citrus in the finish which is very long and inviting. Comparison handy 2025 Nose is not as prominent, butterscotch, subtle mint Palette: sweet peanut and chicory, subtle vanilla, but more grainy than the sazerac. Finish is long and sweet with spearmint, caramel, subtle tannins.

Very nice and tasty, amazing nose with a great finish. The finish is long and I get a spearmint flavor towards the end that lingers
