Nose: maple, hot, Taste: thin, brown sugars, lite spice, lots of American Oak Finish: lingering burn H2O 1 capful - more pronounced Oak, fresh cut wood 2 capful - same as 1 cap with more mellow flavor; favorite 3 capful - too tampered; lose bite of barrel proof
Not a fan, has a woody aftertaste, here and there a little caramel a little spice but overall I’m not crazy about it.
Best thing I’ve had 10/10 for the price and availability. Can’t wait to see what they do when their stock ages
