New World Distillery, Oomaw Gin

Distilled in Eden, Utah using local and organic products. Juniper forward with notable spice, citrus, and botanicals coming on through the finish. Clean and pleasant straight, but always best mixed in a classic cocktail. Really great work.

This is easily the best gin I’ve ever had. Sublime, aromatic, full of flavor.
