About this bottle
Made in collaboration with González-Byass and Master Blender Richard Paterson, this blended whisky begins its life aging in Scotland for 6 years in American oak barrels "infused with sherry" before heading to Jerez, Spain. There, the whisky spends 2 additional years in González-Byass Pedro Ximenez sherry casks before being transferred to González-Byass oloroso sherry casks for a final 2 years.
