Oak & Eden is a whiskey brand based in Texas which specializes in "in-bottle finishing" — a method of finishing a whiskey by inserting a spire, a 5-inch spiral-cut piece of wood, into a fully-matured bottle of whiskey. Bourbon & Amburana is part of the brand's new Reserve Series which marries the brand's spirits with distinctive woods from around the world. Here, the brand uses a high-rye bourbon distilled in Indiana with a South American Amburana wood spire with a medium toast. Available beginning May 2024. (SRP $59.99)
