Nose - So bright and minty, herbal, apply, pear, honeysuckle. Palate - Same with that nose, such a nice minty herbal palate. Thats light honeysuckle and floral sweetness compliments it very well. Finish - Light but some barrel spice on the tongue. Nice drinker
Batch 6. Great nose. Smells like bourbon. Slight oak and herbs. On the palate, sweet tea, nice spice that lingers a looooong time. Less bitter than Batch 5. Fantastic. 1/8/21
Tried something new, high abv was apparent, less aroma, not as smooth, sweeter than I prefer
batch 3 is syrupy, spicy, lemon, marmalade and sweet tea- one of the best ryes i’ve ever had
Lemon, hops, floral. Incredible nose and flavor. Best rye I’ve ever touched.
Like mom's summer squash bread. Lemony and delicious!
