PaQuí Tequila Silvera
About this bottle
PaQuí Tequila is produced by Master Distiller Gilberto Jasso in Jalisco, Mexico, for founder John Chappell's Tequila Holdings. Several production points are emphasized, including the use agave piñas only when they reach a brix level, or sugar content, of 26 brix, maturing for seven or more years before harvest, as well as stainless steel tank fermentation using fresh wine yeast. The word PaQuí translates to "to be happy" in the Aztec language of Nahuatl.
