Parker's Heritage 11 Year American Kentucky Straight Whiskey
About this bottle
The 19th edition of Parker's Heritage Collection is a Kentucky straight whiskey made of three types of whiskeys aged in multiple rickhouses & floors across multiple Heaven Hill sites. They include a 15 year-old straight wheated bourbon, an 11 year-old corn whiskey, and a 12 year-old whiskey made from just two grains — rye and malt. The whiskeys were then married and bottled without chill-filtration at cask strength of 122.5 proof (61.25% ABV). Like previous editions, a portion of the proceeds will be donated to ALS research and patient care in memory of the late Master Distiller Emeritus Parker Beam. It's available in limited quantities nationally and in select markets internationally beginning September 2025. (SRP $179.99)
